Nada mudou no Oracle desde o 10g

A alguns dias atrás, eu ouvi um DBA SQL Server dizer a seguinte frase: “Do Oracle 10g de 2006 ao 12c (última versão até então) pouca coisa mudou…”. E acho que não é um caso isolado, creio que esta impressão é generalizada em quem não conhece muito o produto.
